Discovery & scope
A short call to map your highest-impact bottleneck, who your customers are, and what success looks like, then a clear, written scope so you know exactly what you're getting.
Concept demo
Before you commit, I build a working concept demo on sample data so you can see exactly what your version will do (answering, qualifying, and handing off) in your customers' languages.
Build
I build the real thing and test it in every language you serve: connected to your tools (WhatsApp, calendar, or site), tuned to your tone and hours, with clear rules for anything it should pass to a human.
Launch & handover
We ship it, I document it, and I walk you through running and editing it yourself, with a short screen recording and a written quickstart. You own everything at the end.
Support & care
Two weeks of hands-on support are included while it beds in. After that, an optional monthly care plan keeps it updated, monitored, and improving as your business grows.
Most builds go live in about 1–3 weeks, depending on scope: about a week for a quick-start bot or a showcase site, and 2–3 weeks for an AI WhatsApp agent or an e-commerce site.
