Terms of Service

These terms cover the work Neravo LLC does for clients and what each side agrees to. They apply to every project unless the quote you accept says otherwise.

Last updated: 27 September 2026

Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and Neravo LLC (Neravo), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

They apply to services provided under a written quote, proposal or statement of work that you have accepted, and to an offer you buy on this site. Where an accepted proposal says something different, the proposal governs that project.

The services we provide

Neravo designs and builds websites, automations and AI assistants for small and mid-sized companies, in Arabic, English, French and Spanish.

The deliverables, timeline and price for your project are set out in the quote you accept, or, for an offer bought on this site, in that offer's description and the price shown before you pay. Anything not written there is not part of it.

Accounts

Each client contact gets one account in the client portal. An account belongs to the person named on it and is not shared.

Sign-in links are sent to the email address on the account, so that mailbox is the key to it. Keep it private, and tell Neravo at once if it is lost or passes to someone else.

The portal shows the state of each project and each payment as Neravo has recorded it.

Milestone payments made in the portal follow the Quotes, proposals and deposits section and the Payment terms section of these terms, which set the amounts and the schedule.

Neravo may suspend an account used abusively or in breach of these terms. The reason is given in writing.

Accounts close on request. Write to the address in the How to contact us section.

Quotes, proposals and deposits

A quote stays valid for 30 days from the day it is issued. After that we reissue it, since prices and availability can change.

Work starts once you accept the quote in writing, or buy an offer on this site, and the start payment (the deposit) has cleared: 50% of the project price to start, and 50% on delivery.

The deposit reserves the schedule and covers the first stage of the work, so it is not refundable once work has started. If you cancel later you pay for the work completed, and anything paid beyond that is returned.

Payment terms

Prices are quoted in Moroccan dirham (MAD), euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD) depending on where your business is located or, for an offer bought on this site, on the country your visit came from. The quote, or the price shown before you pay, states the currency.

Invoices are due within 14 days unless the quote sets a different schedule. If an invoice runs more than 14 days late, we may pause the work after telling you in writing, and resume once payment clears.

Taxes, duties, bank charges and transfer fees on your side are yours to pay, so the amount received matches the invoice.

Changes to scope

New or expanded requests are handled as a written change to the quote, with their own price and timeline.

You can ask for a change at any point. Nothing extra is built and nothing extra is billed until you approve that change in writing.

What we need from you

We need one named point of contact, timely feedback and approvals, your content and brand assets, and access to the accounts and systems the build touches.

You confirm that you hold the rights to any material you send us, including text, images, logos and data, and that we may use it for your project.

Timelines assume those inputs arrive when agreed. If they arrive late, the delivery date moves by a similar amount and we confirm the new date in writing.

Ownership and intellectual property

When final payment is received, ownership of the custom deliverables built for your project passes to you: the code, its configuration, and the content produced for the project.

Two things do not pass. Neravo's pre-existing tools, templates and know-how stay with Neravo and reach you as a license to use inside the deliverable, and third-party components stay under their own licenses.

Until final payment is received, the deliverables remain the property of Neravo.

Third-party services and licenses

Most projects run on third-party platforms, hosting, APIs or AI model providers. Those services set their own terms, fees and availability, and Neravo is not responsible for their outages, price changes or policy changes.

Wherever possible those accounts are opened in your name, and after handover you pay their running costs directly, at cost.

We pick the tools that fit the job and tell you what each one costs before you commit.

Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other's non-public business information confidential and uses it only to provide or to receive the services.

This does not cover information that is already public, that the receiving side already held or worked out independently, or that has to be disclosed by law or by a court.

The obligation continues for three years after the engagement ends.

Portfolio and publicity

Neravo does not name you, show your logo, quote you, or publish screenshots of your build without your written permission.

If you give permission you can withdraw it later, and the material comes down. Work shown publicly without permission is described at sector level only, with nothing in it that identifies you.

Warranties and limitation of liability

Neravo warrants that the deliverables will substantially match the quote you accepted. Defects reported within 14 days of handover are fixed at no cost, and two weeks of hands-on support are included with every build.

Beyond that promise the services are provided as they are, and other warranties are excluded so far as the law allows. Neravo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue or data.

Total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Ending an engagement

Either side can end an engagement by writing to the other. You pay for the work completed and for costs already committed on your behalf to that date.

On exit we hand over what has been built and paid for, with access to the accounts held in your name. Ownership still follows final payment, so unpaid work does not pass to you.

SMS messaging terms

Neravo LLC operates a conversational SMS program on +1 (307) 215-7305 for enquiries about our services and for updates on work we are doing for you.

You join by sending us a text message. We do not add anyone who has not messaged us first, and we do not buy, rent or import phone number lists.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages.

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop. Reply HELP for help, or write to contact@neravo.ai.

Your mobile number is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy on this site, which forms part of these terms.

If this page and the Privacy Policy appear to differ on how personal data is handled, the Privacy Policy governs.

Changes to these terms

Neravo may update these terms as the business changes. The version that applies to your project is the one in force when you accepted the quote or bought the offer.

The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. A change is never applied backwards to a project already under way.

Governing law and disputes

If something goes wrong, tell us in writing first. Both sides agree to try to settle it that way for 30 days before taking it further.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes that stay unsettled are heard by the state or federal courts in Wyoming.

Where the law of your own country gives you rights that an agreement cannot set aside, those rights are unaffected.

How to contact us

Ask about these terms before you accept a quote, and we will answer in plain language.

Formal notices are given by email and take effect on the day they are sent, unless your quote names a different address.
