Questions, answered straight

Who's behind Neravo?

You work directly with the founder, Redouane: no account managers, no juniors. I've freelanced for 2 years (31 clients, 4.8★ on the region's main platforms); AI implementation is what I now specialise in, and I test everything in Arabic, English, and French before handing it to you.

Is the demo a real bot?

The public demo is a clearly-labelled simulation on sample data. No real customer information is involved. Your version is a real assistant, set up on your own WhatsApp or website.

Do I need my own WhatsApp number?

For a WhatsApp assistant, yes: it runs on your own WhatsApp Business number, and I walk you through the setup. A website assistant needs nothing from you but your content.

What are the ongoing costs, and who pays?

You pay the running costs directly, at cost and in your own name, never marked up by me. A WhatsApp assistant uses two small third-party tools (the WhatsApp Business platform and the AI), plus WhatsApp's own low per-message fees, so it's usually a modest monthly subscription, not just a few dollars. A website or a simple automation is lighter, often just a few dollars a month. Either way, I give you an itemised estimate for your exact case before you commit, and because the accounts are in your name, you can change or cancel any of them yourself.

How long does it take?

Most builds go live in about 1–3 weeks after we agree the scope: about a week for a quick-start WhatsApp bot or a showcase website, and 2–3 weeks for an AI WhatsApp agent or an e-commerce site.

How do payments work?

Safe for both sides: you see a working demo before paying anything, then 50% to start and 50% on delivery. The payment channel matches your region (bank transfer, cheque, platform escrow, or invoice), and I never start the build before the deposit clears.

What if I'm not happy?

You only commit after seeing the concept demo, and you only pay the balance once it's live and working to the agreed scope. No surprises.
