This page explains what information Neravo collects when you contact us, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Who we are
Neravo LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is the data controller for the information described on this page.

What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. When you use the contact form, that's your name, business name, industry, your message, and your preferred language. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter (such as your name, email, and chosen time). If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number and the messages you send. If you use the AI assistant on our homepage, we receive the messages you type into it, and (only if you press "Send to Neravo") the name, business, and contact details you chose to share.
We don't use advertising or analytics trackers, and we don't try to identify you beyond the information you share with us.
Account data
Clients who buy a project get an account in our client portal at app.neravo.ai. We create accounts by invitation, or when you buy an offer on this site, and there is no other sign-up. An account opened by a purchase takes the name, the email address and the billing country you enter at Stripe's checkout.
Your account holds the following, and nothing else:
Your name, your company name, your email address and your billing country.
Your preferred language, so the portal and the emails we send from it are in that language.
The projects you bought, the phase each one is in, and the milestones inside each one.
The payment records for those milestones, each with the reference Stripe returns.
For an offer bought on this site: the offer, when you accepted the terms, and the country your visit came from, which set the currency of the price.
The email addresses used to sign in, the time of each sign-in, and the country it came from, which we keep as a security record.
We use the account to deliver and bill the projects you bought, and for nothing else.
Our portal database is hosted by Cloudflare in the European Union. Operational logs, the sign-in security check and the payment processor may process data outside the European Union; the Service providers section lists them.
We keep account data while the account is open, and then for up to 24 months after our last exchange, as set out in the Keeping and deleting your data section.
To close an account, write to us at the address in the Who we are section.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, understand your needs, and scope possible work. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
The AI assistant and spam protection
Our homepage has an AI assistant that answers questions about Neravo. The messages you type are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply. They are used only to run that conversation (not to identify you, and not to train AI models), and we don't store them beyond the live chat. The assistant only passes your details to us when you explicitly press the "Send to Neravo" button; nothing is sent automatically.
To keep out bots and spam, the contact form and the assistant use Cloudflare Turnstile. To confirm you're a person, Turnstile receives a few technical signals from your connection (such as your IP address, a TLS fingerprint, and your browser's user-agent), which Cloudflare states cannot directly identify you. Your use of Turnstile is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy at cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy.
Service providers
To run the site we rely on a few trusted providers, who process your information only to deliver their service: our AI provider (Anthropic) powers the homepage assistant; our form automation provider (Make) delivers your details to us; our scheduling provider (Cal.com) handles call bookings; WhatsApp (Meta) carries any chat you start; Stripe processes the payments made in the client portal, and card numbers never reach Neravo; and Cloudflare provides our hosting, the Turnstile anti-bot check, the client portal database and the emails the portal sends. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the EU or the US. Each has its own privacy policy.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then delete them. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time.
SMS and text messaging
If you text our business number, +1 (307) 215-7305, we use your mobile number only to reply to you about your enquiry and the work you have asked us about.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for help. You can ask us to delete your number at any time by writing to contact@neravo.ai.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business grows. The date above shows when it last changed.
