Who we are

Neravo is a boutique AI studio run by Redouane Ben Brik. If you have any question about your data, email contact@neravo.ai.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. When you use the contact form, that's your name, business name, industry, your message, and your preferred language. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter (such as your name, email, and chosen time). If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number and the messages you send. If you use the AI assistant on our homepage, we receive the messages you type into it, and (only if you press "Send to Redouane") the name, business, and contact details you chose to share.

We don't use advertising or analytics trackers, and we don't try to identify you beyond the information you share with us.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, understand your needs, and scope possible work. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

The AI assistant and spam protection

Our homepage has an AI assistant that answers questions about Neravo. The messages you type are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply. They are used only to run that conversation (not to identify you, and not to train AI models), and we don't store them beyond the live chat. The assistant only passes your details to us when you explicitly press the "Send to Redouane" button; nothing is sent automatically.

To keep out bots and spam, the contact form and the assistant use Cloudflare Turnstile. To confirm you're a person, Turnstile receives a few technical signals from your connection (such as your IP address, a TLS fingerprint, and your browser's user-agent), which Cloudflare states cannot directly identify you. Your use of Turnstile is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy at cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy.

Service providers

To run the site we rely on a few trusted providers, who process your information only to deliver their service: our AI provider (Anthropic) powers the homepage assistant; our form automation provider (Make) delivers your details to us; our scheduling provider (Cal.com) handles call bookings; WhatsApp (Meta) carries any chat you start; and Cloudflare provides our hosting and the Turnstile anti-bot check. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the EU or the US. Each has its own privacy policy.

Cookies and storage

We don't set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores a single preference, your light/dark theme choice, locally on your device; it never leaves your browser. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep what you send for as long as we need it to respond and for our own records. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time, and we'll act on reasonable requests.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business grows. The date above shows when it last changed.
